MECSA Steel: Innovation in Steel for the Industry of the Future. Solutions for High-Impact Projects.


The journey of MECSA Steel dates back to 1975, when the company was founded under the name METACEL S.A. de C.V. Two decades later, in 1995, the company evolved into Montellano Estructuras y Construcciones, consolidating 20 years of experience in the structural steel sector.

During this period, we adapted to a constantly changing market, marked by an increasing openness and growing demands for quality. We took on more complex projects, meeting rigorous international standards such as AISC, AWS e IMCA, which allowed us to become a regional benchmark in the industry.

To reinforce our leadership and continue to grow, we celebrated our 45th anniversary by transforming into MECSA Steel. This new phase marks a renewed commitment to excellence.

We have made significant investments in strengthening our human resources and integrating advanced technologies. These innovations enhance the efficiency and precision of our projects, reaffirming our position as a solid, eliable partner and leader in structural and construction solutions.
